Windows Installed on Building 4

The first erected condominium building at Village Heights at Bay Harbor is close to reaching the final form of the exterior build. Windows have been installed on building 4, taking the construction team one step closer to completing the exterior and focusing on constructing the interior throughout the winter months.

The balconies for both the Horizon and Bayview floor plans have begun construction on building 4. Bayview (the top floor unit) has an enlarged balcony that will have stair access to a rooftop private roof top terrace with the highest views of Little Traverse Bay in Bay Harbor.

The balconies are accessed by two large sliding glass doors that are way more glass than door, making sure the owners at Village Heights at Bay Harbor have as little view obstruction from the interior as possible.

Now that the windows have been installed on building 4, the next step is to add the exterior finishes. Stay tuned!
