Construction Update (November 2025)

Hello from Village Heights of Bay Harbor! We're excited to share the latest developments on our new buildings. Our team is working hard to bring you the premier living experience you deserve. Get ready to see vertical progress by year's end!

We're thrilled to announce that our team has successfully set the footings for Building 4. Preparations are underway, and we anticipate seeing cement being poured very soon. This is a major milestone in bringing Building 4 to life!

Following the completion of Building 4's foundation, we will immediately begin similar work on Building 3.

We are on pace to begin vertical construction by the end of the year. This means you’ll start seeing the buildings take shape above ground level. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
