Spring is springing and so is our construction! Vertical construction has started at Village Heights at Bay Harbor! What you are seeing will be the Marina Walk unit, a walk out floor plan that brings the entertainment of Bay Harbor, Michigan directly to your doorstep.

We are very excited to see the first building of Village Heights at Bay Harbor start to take shape. Our goal is that by this summer, interested buyers will have the availability to see the amazing views for themselves by walking through the core building.
