Construction Updates

Construction continues to move forward across the site, with meaningful progress both on the buildings and surrounding infrastructure. At Building 4, framing has continued steadily and the roof sheathing is now complete. Roofing crews are currently on site completing the important next step of making the building weathertight, with window and exterior door installation scheduled to follow. The walls for the third floor of building 4 have started to go up. This will be for the top 2 units that will be the Bayview floor plan units, providing the highest views of Lake Michigan in Bay Harbor, Michigan. Below is the view from where the living room and primary bedroom will be for the third floor Bayview units in building 4. We expect to see the full enclosure of building 4 this summer.
