PHASE 1 OF CONSTRUCTION

The first phase of construction of Village Heights at Bay Harbor consists of condominium buildings 3 & 4, located alongside the newly built road entering into the Village Heights at Bay Harbor neighborhood. Phase 1 also includes 12 of the 21 garages of the CarPark at Bay Harbor.

The site of Village Heights at Bay Harbor is located at the entrance of the Bay Harbor, Michigan community. To maximize the spectacular Lake Michigan views for Village Heights at Bay Harbor, the lots 7 & 8 of the Ridge Condominium have been acquired and will provide a view corridor for Village Heights at Bay Harbor owners.
