Village Heights at Bay Harbor embraces the fun and energetic lifestyle that Bay Harbor, Michigan brings to Northern Michigan. The GEM car and other NEVs (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle) have flooded the streets of Bay Harbor, Michigan since the GEM car was established.
Each of the five Village Heights at Bay Harbor buildings have a garage specifically for GEM Cars and NEV vehicles. Each Village Heights at Bay Harbor unit gets an assigned parking spot inside their buildings' GEM Car garage.

The Marina Walk unit has extra extra space for storage in the two stall garage, but the Horizon and Bayview units are not forgotten about. Both Horizon and Bayview units at Village Heights at Bay Harbor have their own storage unit in their building, located inside of the GEM Car garage.
