Construction continues to move forward across the site, with meaningful progress both on the buildings and surrounding infrastructure. At Building 4, framing has continued steadily and the roof sheathing is now complete. Roofing crews are currently on site completing the important next step of making the building weathertight, with window and exterior door installation scheduled to follow.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection trades have also mobilized at Building 4 and begun their initial layouts and coordination. This work sets the stage for interior construction to begin and marks an exciting transition as the spaces inside the building start to take shape.

Framing of Building 3 is expected to begin shortly, bringing another building out of the ground and continuing the visible progress across the development. Site improvements are advancing as well, with earthwork for the garages underway and installation of the main utility infrastructure beginning. These activities represent important milestones as construction continues progressing on multiple fronts.

As we head into the next month, we look forward to continued progress throughout the site. With Building 3 beginning to rise vertically, the beautiful scale of the development will become increasingly visible while revealing even more of the breathtaking views the property has to offer.
