The walls for the first floor of building 4 have been installed, creating the outline floor plan for the Marina Walk unit and the GEM/NEV car garage.
Marina Walk is the only unit on the first floor of each building. The unit provides a ranch house feel within the luxury leisure of multi-family living. A walk out patio, two stall car garage, street facing front door, 3 bedrooms with 4 1/2 bathrooms, an open concept living space.
